Clossed Account

About 1 month ago, my account was blocked due to funds that were deposited into my account by a third party. I was informed that these funds are suspected to be "***** funds".

I understand the bank's obligation to investigate. The said funds were subsequently removed from my account by FNB. However, to date my account remains blocked and I have no access. This is causing serious harm to my business. My clients are still paying money into this account but I cannot access any funds. This has disrupted my ability to deliver services and meet my business obligations. I have sent several emails to the bank but have not received any meaningful assistance or resolution.
