Closing premier cheque account

<p>I have tried for many weeks now to close my premier cheque account, to no avail. I have had to go into the bank 2 x times already with the banker promising me everytime that it will be done, but it is still not done. I have had to pay in twice for service fees accumulated on this account because FNB is unable to close the account. I have had it with FNB - I will not pay in any more service fees because of their poor service. I will not refer anyone to become an FNB client with the poor service that I have received. </p>
