Closing off accounts failed
Good day So we are trying to close all accounts with FNB . we are on the farm with no signal so FNB can not call us ; we did ask on the secure chat that all accounts needs to be close immediately as we did move to a new bank. now i need to re open a closure ticket.
Please close all accounts as i will not use it nor pay a sent to you for this accounts.

Please cancel like we requested a few times ALL Accounts with FNB iam not going to mail and secure chat with you every week.
my Cheq account has been close; close all Accounts including Internet Banking as i am banking with a new bank .
how many times do i need to log a call for this issue to be solved?
