Closing of Petrol Card Account

I've been trying to stop my Petrol Card with FNB since March 2015. My card expired January 2015 and I did not received a new card. Every time I phone FNB there is an amount outstanding, I have to wait until the amount shows on my statement then I can close the account, so I need to phone back in 2 days time. When I phone back in 2 days time, there is a new amount outstanding. So this card cost me money but yet I don't have a card. Last month the guy from FNB inform me that the money outstanding will be reversed and that the account will be closed, but unfortunately this did not happen. Money was deducted from my bank account again. So will this now be the same story every month. FNB is useless. Will NEVER have a FNB account in my life.
