Closing of my account

I've requested three times for my cheque account to be closed because I've moved to discovery Bank and my account is still not closed and they've now charged me with monthly services fee. Ridiculous!!! I've got all the references for all three conversations I've had online. Please choose my account and reverse those fees because you're not getting a cent from me!!!
