closing of deceased's bank accounts with First National Bank

I am the Executor in a deceased estate - we requested First National Bank on 15 November 2021 to close the First National Bank accounts of the deceased - to date this has not been done.

We lodged a complaint on 4 January 2024 with follow up e-mails and to date absolutely no further feedback, with the deceased's accounts still open.
