Closing of debt accounts for Deceased
I have asked numerous times now for the overdraft facility to be closed and the credit card account on my deceased mom's account and it had still not been done.
Once the accounts were settled by the life insurance the accounts were supposed to be closed yet it still has not been done.

The overdraft facility has still not been canceled as requested numerous times. The life insurance paid the overdraft amount out for a reason therefore FNB should close the overdraft facility as requested numerous times now.
