closing of bank account

<p>good day </p> <p>its been a year since i requested for my account to be closed eva since my account has not been clolsed </p> <p>now u sending me statament that i owe R5099 for bank charges </p> <p>please i need this account closed as am now using it anymore </p> <p>also am not willing to pay those charges </p>
