closing of account

<p>just received a message we would like to advise yu that yur policy ********** has lapsed due to non payment of premiums..how can that be. im getting paid on the 23rd monthly with on an fnb account, did anyone tell me that that there was no payment receivd, when i closed my savings account advised them to move payments to my cheque account and believed that was done. can the policy be reactivated to my cheque accoutn ending with 416 immediately..</p>
