Closing my new account

I am Private client with another bank and was not satisfied with their services. As I am in the market for a new Bank and I did my research on which bank to go for, I decided to try FNB, opened a Private chaque account and few days later as I was trying to make a deposit into the account. I was advised that my account was closed. I was devastated as I did not close it and I was not advised of such. All I want is my account to be re-opened.
