closing Fnb credit card
I'm a loyal FNB customer but recently I'm not pleased with their services, I've called Fnb several times now ( five times to be exact and been to different branches ) I've been wanting to close my credit card, when I call the department that's responsible for closing of account, they don't pick up ( I normally wait for more than 5mins just waiting for a consultant to help me but there is no answer) I want my credit card to be closed ASAP!!! the first consultants always give me different numbers to call
