Closing and final payment of Deased

<p>Good day</p> <p>Could you please let me know how long does it take for the Money to be paid out of the deased? After submitting all relavant documents. Because at the Bank they say 5 working days.</p> <p>Please let me know asap.</p>

Kindly be advised that we were informed that you were advised of this process which can take up to 21days for deceased to do a payout as all documents needs to be validated.

Good day

It is now more the 21 days and still no answer. I will complain again if need be... this is really nonsense. Absa paid out in 8 days. Got the same documents, also send from Kuilsriver branch. What is the hold up people?

Good day, I am so very disappointed in this bank FNB..."how can we help you?" Very first complain 10 May 2017, we still waiting for the money to be paid out. went to the branch to stop the account, send the dead certificate and all the other documents, but now you call and the account is in a minus. why didn't you stop the account? Why is there still money going off? You will correct this, otherwise we will contact the ombudsman.
