Closing an FNB Account - Mission Impossible

Worst service from FNB possible. Trying to close an account seems to be far fetched. Request lodged to close account, then had to cancel overdraft facility; however, no options avialble on the account setting platform to close the overdraft. Sending emails and not getting response.
