closing an existing account

I would like to know why temp loans repay are deducted on dates that are not pay day system knows when we get paid if any balance is found FNB decide to deduct money regardless of the amount being small not covering the entire loan & its money that we need, 2nd why delete an account without warning that if its inactive for whatever long account will be closed, my savings account is closed & I need it I went to the branch(Dube) 18-03-16 with ID & proof of residence so another account can be opened your Consultant couldn't help said something like I need to go to home affairs address my ID but I'm an existing customer for 10 years
