Closing accounts

I am private wealth client, I had a call with my account manager A YEAR ago, and never did he get back to me, I have since multiple times asked that my accounts be closed on all platforms including the FNB APP chat, e-mail and phone call centre. NOBODY is getting back to me, FNB has the absolute worst service of al the major bank
