Closing account with FnB

It amaze me how bad Fnb customer service is I have been handed over for R68 for a account they can not close. settled the R68 and yet on the following month the account is still not closed and I am handed over yet again for a account they can not close This is probably expected as I they could not even close my fusion account for the last 18 months
