Closing Account
Yesterday I went to the Attridgeville branch to close my account and I was told they can't close it and need to go to the branch I opened it. This is one bad service I could ever come across. If I live in Pretoria and opened an account in CapeTown I need to fly down to CapeTown just to close an account.. I'm very disappointed in the service the bank has apposed.
