Closed Sharebuilder Account Without Issues

I read many negative reviews from those who tried to close their ShareBuilder account and when I decided to close mine, I dreaded suffering the same problems. The main issue others had was extreme difficulty to get anyone to help them and to close the account was apparently nigh impossible.

But when I emailed the shares department, they responded the next day and within four days, they closed the account for me online. I never needed to even leave the house. The entire process was seamless and painless.

Well done to the staff at FNB's shares division. :)
