Closed our business account after we RICA'ed without warning

We RICA'ed our business account last month, then FNB sent us a text to RICA our account, when we complained they said there was no issues on our account.

Now our business account has been closed, we have payments going off the account at the end of the month and we are also expecting payments into the account.

With the continual issues from FNB I am very tempted to close all my accounts with them and go to another bank.

Honestly, after dealing with FNB for a DAY I am about a millisecond from closing ALL my FNB accounts and going elsewhere.

What I have discovered:

* my account is FICA'Ed, though I still can't access it, why bc FNB, WITHOUT my permission removed my account from my online banking profile. No one can tell me why, how do I fix it, apply for a card (we only have one card in our business to reduce spending), wait the 5 working days (without being able to pay people), then apply for a NEW online banking profile, for the business.

The **** I went through linking my credit card to my online banking and then they limit it for a month, why on earth should I stay with them if they have just given me issue after issue after issue since the beginning of the year!!!
