Closed Credit Card re-opened by FNB
Hi
Ive requested my Card to closed last middle December and it was confirmed paid up and close, to my surprise this weekend the account poped up on my profile once more and this time with a negative balance of R77.00, As usual i called in again at your closure department and i was given a e m around. In conclusion, how is it possible that a closed account can be re-opened?. 2. Why offer client "premier " accounts if you battling to answer a simple query ?. I had to move my accounts due to appalling service at premier suit, happy with Nedbank.
Close that account.
