Closed credit card

I paid off my credit card in November 2020 and informed the bank to close the account they closed it. But on Clearscore the credit card it's still active. Contact Fnb to inform Experian or whoever they need to contact to inform them to close the account and inform Clearscore its affecting my credit score.
