Closed card, still transacting and charging my account

An ATM swallowed my card on the 26of June. I immediately closed the card while I was at the ATM using my App. Ordered a new card and it was delivered few days after. However I noticed Tollgate transactions at Carousel plaza, Nyl plaza and other tollgates towards Zimbabwe by the N1 North route. These transactions seem to be a heavy vehicle considering the amounts . I notified the bank about this matter an a ***** case is “Open”. These things shouldn’t be happening in the first place.. why would a closed card still be transacting?.. clearly our money is not safe. I am not happy at all and I need full refund for all the tollgate transactions that went through. I contacted the tollgates, their service was way better towards this incident and willing to apprehend the ********* should this matter still happen again. FNB please I need my money back, I closed the card (You will see the times), and you will also see the time transactions went through. I am not a happy client at all for a couple of months regarding your services and willingness to assist in different issues.
