Closed Bogus account still on my ITC Profile!!!
Good morning
Please let me just cut to the point it's been Freaking Month's now and Still I am sitting with this bogus account on my ITC Profile with endless calls and empty promises of follow ups and Obviously Falls reference numbers I am not getting any closer to answers... WHEN ARE YOU GONNA SORT THIS??? This is exactly the sort of thing that made me Drop FNB in the first place!! Last chance FEEDBACK AND ACTION or... No threats just please push me further in this!!!

Still waiting for Someone to get back to me I still have a reference number from Last Year as well so forgive me for really believing in your Complaints System so Reference numbers mean nothing to me!!
I have 2 day's and all I got was email and a promise as I said I will. Incredible...

FNB now instead of sorting my complaint out with Bogus Credit Card they aimed to handing me over to attorneys for Business Card Arrears. Ended it because their service is Truly Bad and now they just Played a Whole new Low!!!
I guess you guy's don't really mind having Bad Reviews cause your a Bank right??
