Closed bank account

Hello Peter,<br> <br> please assist ,I had a bank servings account with FNB.<br> <br> the I no longer used the account ,but because of the amount that was outstanding on my account I was handed over to legal collects.<br> <br> they contacted me to pay the amount with was outstanding on my loan. I paid the amount requested the account to be closed.<br> <br> but I have received another statement with service charges for account that I requested to be closed long time ago and not using the account anymore.<br> <br> Regards,<br> NG Masango
