CLOSED ACCOUNT MONEY NOT RETURNED
On the 29th June 2019, I made an EFT payment of R370.00 from Capitec to a Longrich FNB Account, which i later found out it was closed. Apparently the money is supposed to bounce back to my Capitec Account, but it has been 4 days now and the money hasnt bounced back. I cant afford to pay for an unguaranteed recall. Please assist...please.
