closed account

i have been having nothing but grey hairs with FNB of late. I closed my credit card with them months ago but it still shows with the credit bureau as open and its affecting my credit score & rating. I have spoken to Tshianeo on the 19 august who confirmed that if the account had been closed for more than 45 days it would be removed which it hasn't. The matter was escalated and since i have received no satisfaction as it still shows on Experian. who can i speak to for help. banks are so quick to charge you for services they don't provide.
