closed account

Hi There. I had an fnb gold cheque account years ago and closed it. But I am still receiving a statement saying that I am owing a certain amount, due to the fact that even though I had closed the account, fnb was trying to deduct the loan instalment I had with you, even though it was now getting deducted from my new bank. I have now received a statement via e-mail with an amount of R2780.92. I did call in and query this a number of times and the consultant said they would look into and take care of. Please could this be sorted out as it is not sitting well with me. Tks
