Close your doors because all of you are useless!

I am astonished! FNB just keep on surprising me. The service is absolutely **********. It will come as a very big surprise if there is a single competent employee working for them. None of the employees want to do their job. Do you guys not offer training when you hire? Do you just hire people and give them a phone and computer and they need to guess what they must do? Is no one supervising the performance of the employees?

How difficult can it be to place a call through to the department they want to go? Let me give you an example, and please note this is the exact scenario I had this afternoon.

Me:"Hello, can you please put me through to someone who can assist me with getting insurance on my cellphone?"

Agent:" Yes let me put you through, please hold on the line"

(On Hold Music Playing)

New Agent:"Hello, this is the Debt Review department how can I assist?"

Me:"Hello, I did not ask to go to the Debt Review department, I want to speak to someone that can help me get insurance on my cellphone."

New Agent:"Okay just hold on the line so I can out you through"

(On Hold Music Playing)

New Agent 2:"Hello, this is the Deceased Client department, how can I assist?"

Me:" I dont want to be in this department l, I want to speak with someone who can help me get insurance on my cellphone"

New Agent 2:" Okay, I will but you through to someone who can assist you, please hold on the line."

(On Hold Music Playing)

New Agent 3: Hello, this is the Life Insurance department, how can I assist. "

Me:" Oh hello, we are getting warmer but not quite yet, can I please speak to someone who can assist me in getting insurance on my cellphone?"

New Agent 3:" Let me put you through to someone in the sales department of the Device Insurance department"

(On Hold Music Playing)

New Agent 4:"Hello, this is the Debit Order Dispute department, how can I assist?"

And it just goes on and on and on? Is it really such a difficult job???
