close the ****** thing

I had a credit card with them that was settled beginning of 2019 and i was advised the card would be closed the card is still appearing on my credit report as an active account with a balance of R 2.00 although they confirm the card is closed on their side and shows a zero balance no one can explain how the card appears as opened on my credit report and still with a balance. Paying the bal of R 2.00 is not an issue i can even make it R 20.00 but i need the status of this card updated
