CLOSE THE GLOBAL ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't understand why everything has to be a long procedure when an account needs to be. loses down any FNB.

I requested a global Account to be closed down. its been over 4 days and no action has been taken on the request.

I hate the processes that FNB has put in place. Why must I first go to mars and back to close down an account but can open one at the click of a button?

FNB is a very poor bank!!!!
