Close Revolving loan

I want to close my FNB revolving loan.

So I went to the bank and the consultant called the revolving loans department and then gave me the amount of R360.05 to pay in to have the account closed. And this consultant by the name of Sindi Reddy told me if I dont pay that same day to add a little extra because it increases by two Rand's or so everyday. So the next day I paid in R365.

One week later, I called FNB to check if this account is closed and she tells me this R365 hasn't cleared yet and to call again on the 26th to apply for closure and I might have trouble because I paid R4 over.

I don't want to call you again. I paid all the money over to you, I shouldn't have to wait 10 working days. Kindly close this account , if you want I can give banking details to refund the R4.

It can't be such a mission to close an account.
