close premier account-

I have been trying to chat to online banking to close an account which prompts you to confirm while you are busy with other products. this is the worst experience when applying for a limit increase, where you are asked to open an account. i have incorrectly clicked on confirm premier account, while i was busy applying for an increase on my fnd credit card. kindly have this account closed asap. i have canceled this card as well
