CLOSE OFF THE ACCOUNT

I want my account with FNB to be closed/cancelled, i went to the branch early February, did my application and i was told i would get the card delivered, till date the card hasnt been delivered and as per the app, i am now owing them the monthly account fee and some admin fee, went to cresta mall about two weeks ago, spent over 3hrs there and instead of getting help to close off the accont, they advised me they want to investigate it with the melville branch first and get back to me, this is going to be 2 months now which fnb will expect to get the monthly account fee from me when they haven't delivered the card for me to be able to use the bank and get benefits from it.
