Close off my credit account asap!!!

I don’t know how many times I have sent complaints to FNB about my credit card not allowing me to transfer money into it from other accounts.

Kindly schedule a debit to take off the remaining balance and close off the account please, I’m done running after you! I’m not gonna have my credit score going down because of y’all not wanting to care about my issue, it’s a goodbye from me!!
