Close of business when??

<p>I'm seriously at my wits end and tired of being given the run around with FNB's CIPC Registration. My business was supposed to be registered as well as my account opened. The account as been getting opened at the close of business for the past 2 weeks, I'm not sure as to whoms close of business are they refererring to as it has been 2 WEEKS... Spoken to multiple consultants at the Registration desk as well as mademultiple trips to different branches. Todays story is that there is a hard hold on the account, when i asked what does that mean the consultant said she doesnt know, I would like this matter sorted out as soon as possible or a way to cancel the whole process and register elsewhere. My business is currently losing out on many opportunities with this set back. My reference number is 1-LG38AD.</p>
