Close My Loan Accounts

I Have requested a settlement for my 2 loan accounts which FNB Agreed, I have made payments but the accounts are still not being closed by FNB and still showing that I still owe on these accounts, I have sent an email to *** but she just ignored it, please can you update these 2 accounts and close them as they will accumulate interests while I have already settled them
