CLOSE MY DAMN PAID OFF CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!

I have tried numerous times to close off my credit card that is paid off. I haven't received any assistance. I have sent tons of emails and requests to this effect....

Nope I'm being charged interest on a fully paid off credit card!! What nonsense is this!!! What interest am I being for something that is paid off?

I think FNB is one of the most non progressive banks you can find around.
