Close my business account!!

I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a business bank account to be closed. I sent a formal request letter, I used the secure chat and I have called the call centre. I don’t understand what the delay is? I opened the account by mistake and need to close it so I can open the correct one for my business. I keep being told to wait 48 hours but it’s now way past that. Please close the business zero account on my profile!!
