Close my accounts if anyone can ....

I try use the app to close my accounts , then on secure chat get told I have to go into the bank to close my accounts , so I went in today only to be told that I need to call to close the share builder account before they can close my accounts , I ask for the number , 1st number is no longer in use , 2nd number after being on hold for awhile the automated voice says sorry the person on extension is not available . So how the hell do I close the accounts , this bank is useless . If anyone in a senior position reads this please close all my accounts , I have had nothing bud bad service for the past few years
