Close My Accounts

<p>After being given nearly 4 months warning and numerous reminders that my accounts were to be closed effective 30 January 2016, the pathetic group called "The Premier Suit" decided to call 3 days after the deadline to ask me to "help" them close the accounts. They called me, and yet still wanted me to verify my identity, which is impossible because I have destroyed all of my cards because FNB is so PATHETIC, making the entire call a waste of everyuones time, which I will never get back.</p> <p>They then wanted me to move money from accounts which I already considered closed, and had sent FNB my new banking details with instructions about what to do with any remaining funds. Apparently bankers can't do any banking related activities other than waste ones time.</p> <p>All of the instructions I have sent them previously seems to have elluded that bunch of *****s and we still sit in the position, that a week after the deadline, still nothing has been done. Now I dare FNB to charge me fees for anything past 30 January as their incompetance is the only reason I still have aco****s open. </p> <p>The preceeding fees are also under diuspute because they didn't do a single thing I asked them to and their services don't work half the time. So before the next ***** makes contact with me for anything other than to find out where you should be shipping my deed, please make sure they have gone and read the instructions I have already given them because I won't be taking the calls and I will still hold them liable for what is essentially *****.</p>
