CLOSE IT PLEASE
I phoned in to close the account as i am no longer interested in the account, i was told, send a email to [Email Removed] , so i did, receiving a nice email back THIS MAILBOX IS FULL, now how the hell am i supposed to close it as that is the only way to close it. Somewhere someone is sitting doing nothing, please close this account and ask those staff to read their mails.
