Close down FNB and look for other jobs!!!
After instructing FNB three times now to close my account I have still to receive communication with my last three communications (Reference numbers with FNB: ********** , ********** , CAS- ********** -C5L5N2), other that the automated e-mail acknowledging receipt of my request.
This morning I got notifications of debit orders, which I explicitly instructed Lindell Hendricks to cancel on 14 December.
Please close your doors and switch to an industry that you do understand, because banking and customer services are not your forte.
