Close account

Kindly assist me in closing my FNB Private Clients account. Over the past three months, unauthorized debit orders have been processed despite a cancellation letter from the service provider. FNB has refused to stop these debit orders and continues to dictate how my funds are managed.

Despite my repeated requests to stop the debit order, FNB has failed to do so, claiming they are unable to prevent it. If I cannot manage the funds in my own bank account, I no longer wish to bank with FNB. Please proceed with closing my account.
