Cloned Card

My bank card was cloned on the 26th May 2016. I reported it immediately to the ***** department and went to the branch on Tuesday 31st May to order a new card and sort out everything. I was told to come back in a couple of days to pick up my new card. I went in and collected the new card. Meanwhile debit orders which I have never authorised went off my account and I asked for them to be reversed and as I had no money in the account I was charged R138.00 per transaction that failed. These debit orders should never have gone off in the first place. There is no money in the account due the card being cloned and I am too afraid to use that account because I cannot get a proper explanation from FNB as to how these debit orders suddenly appeared. I have been charged for being in arrears on my account through no fault of my own but I am getting no response from when I visit the branch - all they say is reverse the debit order on cellphone banking which gives me a message that it is in dispute but nothing happens about reversing the charges and I cannot be given a gaurentee that my bank account is safe for my salary to be paid into it. Oh yes, it is a premier account and yes they do false advertise as I have not heard from one single banker anytime of the day. I think it is time for a new bank.
