Clients paying for technical errors by bank

Technical issue with e wallet which is going to cost me R100 if I just forget about everything, R65 if a telephonic consultant reverses the money or R16.50 if I reverse it via cell phone banking eventough the mistake is not mine and I actually need the full r100
