<p>I've been trying to clear my name from an account that was paid up in 2015 November, nothing has been done about it till to date. I gave them everything that they wanted at fnb loan department in terms of being proof that I've done everything as per their request but they don't even care my name is the credit berua because of fnbs faultsl. When it comes to loan department and lazy call centre staff and their team leaders who don't no their jobs because they can't sort a simple thing that I figured in one day and again it's their fault.
