Client service non existing

No tesponse from FNB nor FNB life. No assistance what so ever. What must one client do to get your attention is it really so hard to give customer service how. Ive been trying to claim from FNB lufe since Mat month it is September now and all the keep saying is there is a backlog we will get to you. Really in 4months you still did not work trough your backlog somewhere someone must be counting ducks because this is getting ridiculous. I just want to speak to a human so that we can sort out my account and the policies fnb life is supposed to pay is that really such an enormous task?
