Client Service and Promises what a JOKE !!!!!
Loan was paid in full last week. FNB launched a debit order against husbands bank account even though the loan was settled in full.
Yesterday husband was promised that the money will reflect in their account today and they can do a reversal immediately but he has to phone them today. Both calls was longer than 40 minutes........guess who will have a huge telephone bill.
Today he phoned again and was now informed that it will take 5 days in order to do a reversal.
SUCH a joke for a bank. Can't get debit order right non extant client services and then Salomiena Marimane and the whole team not willing to walk the extra mile to call account holder.
This is so ridiculous.
Very upset client.

26 Aug 2020, 13:40Thank you hopefully this will be resolved before close of business today. This is not on. After this I will be closing my account and look for another bank that is willing to assist and walks the extra miles for their valued clients.

No solution, no money refunded and nobody was in contact what can say but to be speechless.... One thing is for sure we will be moving our business as soon as the money is paid back and close this account. No referral for this FSP.....
