Client service?????

Why is it if your are under debt review fnb thinks that you are a ***** and not to be able to handle your own banking? AFTER A YEAR OF UNDER DEBT REVIEW THEY HAVE STOPPED MY ability to return my debit orders under R200,00?? REALLY?????It was due to living cost that I have landed in this situation. I hate myself for this every minute and now they make it even more difficult I cannot even claim my free token for the municipality anymore???? Everything happened this month?? I am with fnb 35 years??????????? Really I am not the no. 1 customer but I am so long with them and now they treating me like this??????????????
