Client relationship non existing

I left another bank after being a client for 26 years to move across to FNB as their advertising campaign is great and that's where it stops.

Opening a business and looking forward to a business relationship should be a great experience but thats nothing that I experienced. In fact after a year of trading with not a bad banking record I did the UNTHINKABLE I requested a credit card and overdraft.

Firstly I was never given a personal banker like the adverts boast about and secondly the person that supposed to look after my account resigned months ago.

I called and spoke to Joanne to request a overdraft only to be told she would return my call once sorted 2 weeks later when i call her she is on leave I am then told that my application has expired and I must wait 6 months before I can reapply.

On threatening to close my account they try to help and state sorry they cannot due to my wife being a Director which has never been the case.

I have now being asked to resubmit my company documents to rectify the Directorship that after i have again explained that there was no way I could open an account without submitting my CPIC docs.

Well done FNB I am sure you dont need small businesses like mine but I am sure there is banks out there that would love a client like me
